The 2023 edition includes amendments to the General Corporation Law regarding, among other things, ratification of defective acts and stockholder approval of stock splits, transfers, continuances, and domestications, and amendments to the LLC Act regarding, among other things, the dissolution or termination of series and amendments to the certificate of division.
