California – Suspension and Revival of Corporation

CaliforniaGreen Mutual Property & Investment Co. v. Wilshire Bank, B27561, decided 12/3/18.  The California Court of Appeal ruled that a corporation that had its powers suspended and then revived could not assert a claim for fraud because it was not revived before the statute of limitations had run.
