Judith Pugh is a Customer Service Technical Coordinator at Wolters Kluwer Corporation, responsible for supporting compliance products, including CT’s hCue entity management software.

Judith works closely with the support team to ensure that all requests for assistance are handled on a timely basis. She also works in concert with second-level analysts and the developers to resolve issues, in addition to performing training sessions on an ad hoc basis. She is especially focused on the SEC and Org Chart functionalities.

Prior to joining Wolters Kluwer, Judith spent many years as a technical editor and curriculum developer/instructional designer at Information Builders, designing learning solutions for a wide variety of audiences.

Judith graduated with a B.S. in Professional Computer Studies from Pace University in New York.
