J.H. Cohn Meets Short Deadline Using CT Corporation

J.H. Cohn, a New York-based midsized accounting and consulting firm, found itself in a challenging position – it needed to manage a new project that required business registration in 46 states. Along with submitting registration applications to each of the state's Secretary of State and Department of Revenue offices, J.H. Cohn needed an outside service to manage the time-consuming process of following up on the applications, ensuring that all attachments were provided and necessary forms completed.
