As executive vice president, finance, at Wolters Kluwer Corporate Legal Services, Nestor leads the company's finance organization and serves as a part of the CLS executive team. With 20 years of experience in financial services, Nestor previously held a number of senior-level positions at American Express, most recently as vice president and lead financial officer for the U.S. Consumer Card Group. In this position, he provided critical insight on business performance issues and identified strategic opportunities to optimize P&L and drive growth. Additionally, while at American Express, he developed a framework for new pricing and fee models that helped the credit card industry conform to the government's CARD Act legislation and was a key player behind the successful launch of the Plum Card, the first credit card designed for small businesses. He holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Scranton, Scranton, Penn., and an M.B.A. with an emphasis in finance from New York University's Leonard N. Stern School of Business, New York, N.Y. |
