As the General Manager of TyMetrix, John Weber's market insight, innovative strategies, and strong team building skills have grown the business from start-up to the industry leader in legal matter and spend management solutions and legal performance analytics. During Weber's ten years of leadership, TyMetrix was twice named to Deloitte & Touche's Fast 50 in CT and Fast 500 in North America. He envisioned TyMetrix's flagship product, TyMetrix 360°, the industry's leading unified solution for managing the business of law, and has also grown the business geographically, expanding the company's presence globally. In addition, Weber has extensive M & A experience, having acquired and integrated competitors during his tenure.

Prior to joining TyMetrix, Weber was a trial lawyer at the Guardian Life Insurance Company of America, where he tried cases and led a consortium of insurers that recovered over $100 million from fraudulent medical providers. While at The Guardian, he founded and chaired the Legal Technology Working Group, an industry group dedicated to legal technology. Prior to Guardian, Weber was associated with the New York City law firm of Thacher, Proffitt & Wood.

Weber holds a bachelor of arts in English literature from The University of Notre Dame and his J.D. from the Boston University School of Law, where he was a Joseph G. Tauro Scholar. He is a frequent speaker on the topic of technology, trends in the legal business, and legal performance management.
