In her role as director of human resources for Wolters Kluwer Corporate Legal Services (CLS), Evelyn Ortiz is fully dedicated to partnering with CLS and is part of its executive team.

Ortiz joined Wolters Kluwer in 2007 in her previous position with Medical Research. In this capacity she provided full Human Resources support to the executive team, including strategic planning, employee engagement and staff development. She played an integral role in the change management process to facilitate a large-scale organization redesign. Prior to joining the company, Ortiz held senior HR positions at both Lucent Technologies and T-Mobile. She holds a bachelor's degree in psychology from Rutgers University and is a certified Human Resources Professional.
