Diane K. Brown currently serves as Wolters Kluwer Corporate Legal Service’s (CLS) Integration Executive, providing strategic leadership and oversight to the integration following the acquisition of NRAI in the summer of 2011.

In this role, Brown leads a complex integration process for the NRAI employees who have joined the CLS team, brining a unique and highly-valued distribution model that will extend the breadth of CLS in the Compliance & Governance sector. She will maintain a special focus on increased and sustained employee and customer engagement. Brown was previously the General Manager of CT Corporation.

Before joining CLS, Brown previously held a number of positions with The Reader’s Digest Association, Inc., including director, operations services and director, marketing systems, and has also worked with Corning, Inc. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the State University of New York at Potsdam, Potsdam, N.Y., and has a master’s in corporate communications from Boston University.
